Grayson Perry Gnome

The Grayson Perry Gnome was made as part of a college project. We were all chose a famous person's name from a hat completely at random and were then challenged to produce a 3-dimensional gnome of them in 3 days.

The gnome is made from chicken wire, Papier-mâché, velvet, yarn, satin ribbon, and calico, which I hand painted using acrylic paint.
